国家创新体系、省级创新体系与我国上市公司R&D投入

摘　　要：本文采用我国2008~2016年5052家主板和中小板上市公司数据实证检验了国家创新体系NIS和省级创新体系PIS对企业R&D投入的影响以及两者交互作用对企业R&D投入的影响,结果显示:当期的国家创新体系NIS和省级创新体系PIS对滞后一期的上市公司企业R&D投入会产生积极的影响;省级创新体系PIS对企业R&D投入的影响要显著强于国家创新体系NIS,即就企业创新而言,省级创新体系PIS的影响要优于国家创新体系NIS。更为重要的是,国家创新体系NIS和省级创新体系PIS对企业R&D的影响具有互补效应。这一结果表明,中央及各省政府应该着力提升国家和省级创新体系的建设和发展。This paper investigates the impact of NIS（ National Innovation System） and RIS（ Provincial Innovation System）on R＆D with a pooled data sample of the 5052 publicly listed companies for the period of 2008 ~ 2016. The result shows that there is a significantly positive relationship between the NIS,RIS and the next-year R＆D input of listed companies,and the impact of PIS on the next-year R＆D input of listed companies is superior to NIS. But there is a complementary effect between NIS and PIS about the impact on the next-year R＆D input of listed companies. These results tell us that central government and provincial government should improve the construction of NIS and PIS.
