摘 要:采用响应面法对壳聚糖/香榧假种皮精油复合涂膜保鲜剂的配比进行优化以期得到低成本高效的保鲜剂。在单因素的基础上,选取香榧假种皮精油浓度、壳聚糖浓度、甘油浓度作为自变量,以复合涂膜中的总酚含量和抑菌性作为响应值,采用Box-Behnken进行三因素三水平试验设计。结果表明:壳聚糖/香榧假种皮精油复合涂膜保鲜剂的最佳配比是香榧假种皮精油浓度为0.7%,壳聚糖浓度为2.01%,甘油浓度为2.14%,在此条件下复合涂膜的总酚含量为30.23×10﹣3mg/m L,抑菌圈为2.35 cm,与预测值相近。响应面法优化保鲜剂配方合理可行。The response surface method was used for chitosan/Torreya grandis aril essential oil ratio optimization in order to get low cost and efficient composite coating antistaling agent. On the basis of single factor,the Torreya grandis aril oil concentration,chitosan concentration,concentration of glycerol were selected as independent variables,with the total phenol content in composite coating and bacteriostatic as response value,using three factors three levels of Box-Behnken experiment design. The results showed that chitosan/Torreya grandis aril essential oil compound coating antistaling agent is the best ratio of Torreya grandis aril oil concentration was 0. 7%,chitosan concentration of 2. 01%,glycerol concentration was 2. 14%,under the condition of the composite coating of total phenol content of 30. 23 × 10-3 mg/m L,bacteriostatic ring is 2. 35 cm. Therefore,using response surface analysis to optimazation formula of preservative is feasible.
