摘　　要：地方本科院校向应用技术型转型的关键是教师转型,教师转型除了进修、去企业锻炼以外,教师的教学思想和教学手段也要转变。日常的教学活动中,教师应改革教学思路,以生产、生活中的实例,采用教学一体化方法,让学生学到知识。以仪器分析课程教学为例,对教学做一体化方法的运用实例进行了阐述。The key of local colleges restructuring transformation is teachers,in addition to education,teachers＇ transformation to enterprise training means,teaching ideas and methods should be changed. Teachers should be related with the actual production and life in the daily teaching. In order to let the students learning knowledge,examples of reality in the production and life shouid be used. The use of integrated methods of teaching are analyzed by the teaching of instrument analysis as example.
