医学高职美容技术专业顶岗实习标准的研究与思考

摘　　要：医学高职美容技术专业属于新兴学科、交叉学科,在教育教学过程中不仅涉及到丰富的理论知识,还涉及到医学美容教学实践环节,为进一步提高医学高职美容技术专业顶岗实习的实践效果,以天津医学高等专科学校2018届(15级)医学美容技术专业实习生为研究对象,制定相关标准与管理办法,分析其运行的效果;指出顶岗实习教学标准构建的原则、顶岗实习考核标准内容、顶岗实习文件制定,并对医学高职美容技术专业顶岗实习的的标准提出思考与展望,希望通过对顶岗实习教学标准的研究可切实培养学生的立即就业能力,提升学生就业能力和就业质量。The specialty of medical beauty technology in higher vocational education is a new subject and interdisciplinary subject. In the course of education and teaching, it not only involves rich theoretical knowledge, but also involves the practice of medical beauty teaching. In order to further improve the practical effect of the post practice of medical professional beauty technology, the 2018 session of Tianjin Medical College（15 grade） medical cosmetology specialized interns as the research objects, formulate relevant standards and management methods, analyze the effect of their operation, point out the principles of the construction of the teaching standards for the post practice, the content of the assessment standards for the post internship and the work of the post internship, and put forward the standards for the post practice of the medical professional beauty technology. Through examination and prospect, I hope that through studying the teaching standard of post practice, we can cultivate students＇ ability of immediate employment and enhance their employability and quality.
