摘　　要：本文深入讨论了案例教学与传统教学在诸多方面存在的不同,然后提出了建立案例及案例库的基本原则,提供了建立案例库的有效方法,并通过教学过程和教学环节设计在全日制硕士研究生课程教学中开展了案例教学,效果明显。表明案例教学是一种非常有效的教学方法。In this paper, the differences between case teaching and traditional teaching in many aspects are discussed in depth, then the basic principles and the effective method of establishing case and case base are provided, the case teaching is carried out in the course of full-time Master＇s degree through the design of teaching process, and the obvious teaching effect has been obtained. So, the case teaching is a very effective teaching method.
