摘  要:发展性资助更加关注贫困生能力与素质的提高。同济大学外国语学院"笃志青年"发展性资助育人项目分为"立志"、"励志"和"行志"三个环节,包括理念转变、需求调研、活动设计、精神引导、学科融入、人文关怀等关键节点。实践证明持续参与一个学年项目活动的学生在学习兴趣、学习成绩、课堂和课外活动参与的积极性、与教师沟通的主动性、自信和自我效能感等方面与上一学年相比,都有了明显的改善和提高。Development financial aid puts greater stress on the improvement of the receivers' capacity and quality. The development oriented financial aid program called "Ambitious Youth" carried out by the School of Foreign I.anguages of Tongji University is designed to motivate the needy students to set high goals and achieve them. The key parts include conceptual change, re quirement investigation, activity design, spiritual guidance, disciplinary integration and humanitarian care. After one academic year's involvement in the program, students typically show notable improvement in learning motivation, school performance and self efficacy. They become more willing to par ticipate in classroom and extracurricular activities, more active to communicate with teachers and more confident.
