试论经元善女子教育管理模式及其现实意义

摘　　要：经元善是中国近代史上著名的洋务企业家、慈善家,也是一位关注现实的近代教育家。洋务运动失败后,他致力于兴学救国;戊戌变法的失败使其认识到中国需要重视女教,于是创办了中国第一所近代女子学堂。他顺时顺势、中西并用、注重实用的办学理念对中国近代教育产生了重要影响。In modern Chinese history,Jing yuanshan was a modernized entrepreneur,philanthropist as well as an educator who paid attention to social reality.After the failure of the Westernization Movement,he was committed to educational enterprise so as to save the country;especially the failure of the Reform Movement in 1898 made him realize that China needed to pay attention to female education,so he founded China＇s first modern women＇s school.He kept pace with the times,made good use of both Chinese and western methods,and focused on practice-oriented education,which exerts an everlasting influence upon China＇s modern education.
