国际汉语教师语音素质的构成与培养

摘  要:语音素质是国际汉语教师职业素质的重要组成部分,包括五个方面:发声能力、发音能力、语音教学能力、语音表达能力、语音意识能力。国际汉语教师语音素质的培养和训练要围绕上述五种能力,以解决汉语教学一线可能遇到的各种与语音相关的问题为主要目标,考虑汉语教师长期职业发展需要,理论实践并重,科学安排训练内容,设计训练方法,全面塑造和提升汉语教师的语音素养。The quality of phonetics is an important aspect of the intenaational Chinese teaching profession, and involves five aspects: vocalization ability, pronunciation ability, phonetics teaching ability, phonological expression ability and phonological awareness ability. The international Chinese teachers phonetics Standard Training and Practice, focuses on the above five abilities. The main goal is to solve all kinds of problems related to phonetics in teaching. Considering the long-term developmental demand of Chinese language teachers, equal attention will be paid to the theory and practice, the scientific arrangement of training contents and the design of training methods to shape and promote Chinese language teachers phonetics.
