摘　　要：文章通过对2015—2017年毕业的高职院校毕业生就业意向情况进行随机调查,并利用社会资本理论进行调查结果分析,揭示社会资本在青年求职过程中的作用和影响,为破解当前青年的就业困境提供创新思路和启示。Through to the Suzhou area during 2015 to 2017 graduates of higher vocational college graduates employment intention of random investigation, and make use of social capital theory to analyze the results of the survey,to reveal the effect and influence of social capital in the youth job search process, for solving the current youthe mployment difficulties with innovative ideas and inspiration.
