摘　　要："5S"管理是现代企业的基础管理方法之一,在企业管理之中发挥着不可替代的作用,研究和拓展"5S"管理的内涵,并将其有效引入职业教育,是促进现代职业教育工作的重要手段。准确掌握"9S"管理的内涵,了解其实施原则以及在职业院校实施"9S"的困难,可以更好地帮助职业院校有效实施和推广"9S"现场管理。＂5S＂management is one of the basic methods for the management of modern enterprises.It plays an irreplaceable role in enterprise management.It is important to have a study on＂5 S ＂management and have a development of its connotation in modern vocational education course. Accurately grasping the connotation of ＂9 S ＂management and understanding its implementation principles and the difficulties in implementing ＂9 S＂in vocational colleges would be helpful for vocational schools to implement and promote ＂9 S＂site management effectively.
