实验反思日记在植物组织培养实验教学中的应用研究

摘  要:在赣东北地区国家地理标志农产品视野下对实验反思日记在植物组织培养实验教学中的应用进行了研究。结果表明,对照班有44人完成了植物组织培养实验任务,5人未通过植物组织培养实验考核;试验班103人均全部完成了植物组织培养实验任务,全部通过了植物组织培养实验考核。与对照组学生相比较,试验组学生植物组织培养实验反思日记应用后在CTDI-CV(Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory-Chinese Version,评判性思维能力测量表中文版)寻找真相、开放思想、分析能力、系统化能力、评判性思维的自信心、求知欲和认知成熟度7个维度上均具有显著差异(P<0.01),试验组学生植物组织培养实验教学实验反思日记应用后在期末考试成绩上也具有显著差异(P<0.05)。因此,在赣东北地区国家地理标志农产品视野下实验反思日记在植物组织培养实验教学中的应用能提高园艺专业学生的评判性思维能力和缜密思维能力。在地方本科院校的实验教学中,可以推广实验反思日记教学法,加大对学生的评判性思维能力和缜密思维能力的培养。本研究结果可为地方本科院校的实验教学以及其应用型人才的培养提供一些启示和参考。The application of experimental rethinking diary in the experiment teaching of plant tissue culture based on the view of agricultural products with national geographical indications in the northeast of Jiangxi Province was studied in this paper.The results showed that 44 students in the control class completed the experimental tasks of plant tissue culture,5 students of them didn't pass the experiment assessment of plant tissue culture.103 students of the experimental class all completed the experiment tasks of plant tissue culture,and all of them passed the experiment assessment of plant tissue culture.Compared with the control class of students,the score of the 7 dimensions of seeking truth,opening ideas,analytical abilities,systematization,confidence in critical thinking,desire for knowledge,and cognitive maturity of the students CTDI-CV(Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory-Chinese Version)in the experimental class after the application of experimental rethinking diary in the experiment teaching of plant tissue culture were significantly different(P〈0.01),the final exam scores of the students in the experimental class after the application of experimental rethinking diary in the experiment teaching of plant tissue culture also had significant difference(P〈0.05).So,the application of experimental rethinking diary in the experiment teaching of plant tissue culture based on the view of agricultural products with national geographical indications in the northeast of Jiangxi Province could improve the critical thinking ability and the careful thinking ability of the gardening students.In the experimental teaching of local universities,we can popularize the experimental rethinking diary teaching method and increase the students' ability to think critically and the ability to think carefully.The results of this study can provide some enlightenment and reference for the experimental teaching of local universities and the training of their applied talents.
