摘　　要：本文以Z市联通会计从业人员现状为例,分析了当前国有企业会计从业人员的现状,寻找存在的问题,对会计人员素质提升出建议,探讨了企业会计核算能力提升的方法。This paper, taking the current situation of the Z City Unicom accounting practitioners as an example, analyzes the current situation of the accountants in the state-owned enterprises, finds out the existing problems, and improves the quality of the accountants, and probes into the methods of improving the accounting ability of the enterprises.
