摘　　要：校企合作是高职院校培养人才的一种重要手段。但经管类专业存在校企合作难的问题。文章分析了经管类和工科类专业校企合作的区别、当前经管类专业校企合作存在的问题和解决对策。School-enterprise cooperation is an important means to cultivate talents in higher vocational colleges. However, there are some difficulties in the cooperation to economic and management specialty of high vocational colleges. This paper analyzes the differences in school-enterprise cooperation between engineering and economic and management specialty, and also the existing problems and countermeasures of the cooperation between them.
