摘 要:传统的健美操课程教学模式是教师讲解、示范后指导学生进行练习,学生主动参与学习和理解技术动作要领的培养不足。通过对分课堂可以使学生主动学习,培养学生思考能力、批判思维、沟通能力、交流能力、指导能力,过程性评价学生期末成绩减轻了学生考试压力,减轻了老师的教学任务。通过研究为健美操课程教学中推广对分课堂教学模式提供参考。The traditional teaching mode of aerobics course is to guide the students to practice after explanation and demonstration, and the training of students' active participation in learning and understanding the skills of technical move- ments which is insufficient. Through the PAD mode class, students can study actively and cultivate the students' thinking ability, critical thinking ability, eonmmnieation ability and guidance ability. The process evaluation of students' final grades lessen the students' test pressure and the teacher' s teaching tasks. The studies provide references for promo- ting the class teaching mode in aerobics teaching.
