高校人事档案专项审核给档案管理工作带来的启示

摘　　要：为贯彻落实党中央从严管理干部精神,全国各地纷纷展开了干部人事档案专项审核工作,本文就高校人事档案专项审核工作中存在的问题进行分析和探讨,对人事档案管理今后的改革提出了相关建议,促进高校人事档案的管理。In order to implement the spirit of strict management of cadres in Central Commuttee of the Communist Party of China, all paris of China have carried out the special audits of cadres＇ personnel files. This article analyzes the problems existing in the special audits in universities and puts forward relevant suggestions for future reforms in personnel file management to promote the managenlent of personnel files in colleges and universities.
