摘　　要：为探究二氧化碳(CO_2)施肥对樱桃番茄果实发育和品质性状的影响,以樱桃番茄品种"神童"为供试材料,在大棚内通过农业有机废弃物发酵的方式进行CO_2施肥,研究CO_2加富对樱桃番茄果实发育及果实典型发育时期外观品质、风味品质和营养品质的影响。结果表明:CO_2施肥能显著促进樱桃番茄果实纵径和横径的发育,增加单果质量;同时,显著提高了樱桃番茄果实中可溶性固形物、可溶性糖、可滴定酸的含量,糖酸比显著增加,提高了樱桃番茄的风味品质;此外,还显著增加了果实中维生素C和类胡萝卜素等营养物质的含量,提高了樱桃番茄的营养品质。综上,CO_2施肥能促进樱桃番茄果实的生长,并明显改善其外观品质、风味品质和营养品质,表明CO_2施肥在樱桃番茄生产上有很大的应用前景。In order to elucidate the effects of carbon dioxide（CO2）enrichment on fruit development and quality of cherry tomato,a new strategy of CO2enrichment by composting crop residues and animal manures directly in the tunnel was used on the fruits of＂Shentong＂,a variety of cherry tomato collected at four typical developmental stages.Then the effects of CO2enrichment on fruit development,as well as visual,flavor and nutritional quality of cherry tomato fruits at typical developmental stages were investigated.The results showed that CO2enrichment promoted the development of vertical diameter and transverse diameter,and mass of cherry tomato fruits.As for flavor quality,the contents of soluble solids,soluble sugar,and titratable acidity,as well as the ratio of sugar to acid were significantly higher in the CO2enrichment group than the control group.Furthermore,the CO2enrichment significantly increased the contents of nutrients such as vitamin C and carotenoids,thus improving the nutritional quality of cherry tomato fruits.In summary,CO2enrichment promotes the growth,and improves the exterior,flavor and nutritional quality of cherry tomato fruits.Therefore,CO2enrichment is of great application prospect in cherry tomato production.
