摘  要:为定量检测苹果中福美胂残留,建立一种基于紫外检测器的反相高效液相色谱检测方法。以苯为溶剂,震荡萃取苹果中福美胂,采用C_(18)色谱柱(250.0 mm×4.6 mm ID,5.0μm),以0.10%三氟乙酸水溶液为溶剂配制乙腈含量为10%溶液作为A相,100.00%乙腈为B相(A相∶B相=60∶40,体积比),在流速1.00 ml/min,柱温30℃,波长247 nm条件下进行福美胂色谱分析。结果表明,福美胂的加标回收率为76.56%~100.22%,变异系数(CV)为4.86%~7.51%,检出限(LOD)为0.295 3 mg/kg,定量限(LOQ)为1.206 7 mg/kg。该方法可用于苹果中福美胂残留检测。A reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography( RP-HPLC) separation method with ultraviolet detector was developed to determine the residual asomate in apple. Using benzene as solvent,the asomate in apple was extracted. The asomate was determined by RP-HPLC using C(18)( 250.0 mm×4.6 mm ID,5.0 μm) column and mobile phase consisting of A and B in the ratio of 60 ∶ 40( V/V) with a flow rate of 1.00 ml/min at 30 ℃ in 247 nm. A was 0. 10% trifluoroacetic acid aqueous solution-acetonitrile,B was 100. 00% acetonitrile. The results showed that spiked recovery rate of asomate ranged from 76.56% to 100.22%,and coefficient of variation( CV) ranged from 4.86% to 7.51%. The limit of detection( LOD) was 0.295 3 mg/kg,and the limit of quantification( LOQ) was 1.206 7 mg/kg in apple. This method can be successfully used to measure residual asomate in apple.
