摘　　要：将本科生导师制的起源之地牛津大学和剑桥大学作为研究对象,深刻认识本科生导师制的起源和实质内涵,结合我校本科生实际情况,分析现行制度存在的问题,设计适合我校管理模式的全程导师模式,以期为提升我校本科生培养质量提供有益思路。This paper studies the tutor system for undergraduate initiated by Oxbridge. It aims to deeply understand the origin and the essence of this system,and analyze the existing problems of the current tutor system in National University of Defense Technology（ NUDT）. In order to provide a useful train of thought for improving the quality of undergraduate education in NUDT,a full tutorial program in line with the management of NUDT was designed.
