摘  要:目前,胶原蛋白类化妆品中所添加的胶原蛋白含量尚无统一的标准,行业内急需一种统一的标准来对化妆品中的胶原蛋白含量进行检测。本文研究的检测方法为氯胺T氧化一对二甲氨基苯甲醛显色法,通过测定胶原蛋白中特征氨基酸羟脯氨酸的含量,再乘以换算系数获得化妆品中胶原蛋白的含量。实验对检测的前处理方法和检测条件进行了优化:采用酸解冷藏法处理化妆品乳液。对胶原蛋白水解物和化妆品等样品的检测结果表明本检测方法具备良好的准确性、灵敏度、精密度以及可操作性,可将本检测方法应用于化妆品行业中。Currently, there is no uniform standard for collagen added in collagen cosmetics, and there is an urgent need for a unified standard in the industry to detect collagen content in cosmetics. In this paper, we studied the detection method of chloramine T oxidation-dimethyl amino benzene formaldehyde chromogenic method, through determining the characteristic amino acid-hydroxyproline (Hyp) content in collagen, and then multiplying by the coefficient factor to obtain the collagen content in cosmetics. The pretreatment method and testing conditions were optimized in the experiment : cosmetic emulsions can be treated by acidolysis refrigeration method. According to the test results of collagen hydrolysate and cosmetics samples, it was shown that the detection method has good accuracy, sensitivity, precision and maneuverability, and this detection method can be used in the cosmetics industry.
