摘  要:教师职业的专业性集中体现为教师职能活动的复杂性。教师职业的专业化指的是教师职业的专业性逐步"深化"和教师职业逐渐被"分化"的过程,它包括"专业深化"和"专业分化"两个层面。我国教师职业的专业化仍处于"专业深化"阶段,而推进教师职业的专业化必然依托于教师个体专业化和教师群体专业化。其中,教师个体专业化是重心和根本。教师个体专业化发展具有多重路径。Teachers' professional professionalism is embodied in the complexity of teachers' functional activities. The process of teachers' professional professionalization is the process of gradual enhancement of teachers' professional professionalism and differentiation of teachers' profession.The connotation of teacher' professional professionalization includes two aspects: "professional deepening" and "professional differentiation". At present, the professional professionalization of primary and secondary school teacher in China is still in the stage of "professional deepening". Promoting the professionalization of teachers' profession is bound to depend on Teachers' individual professionalization and teacher group professionalization. Among them, teachers' individual professionalization is the center of gravity and fundamental. The development of teachers' individual professionalization has multiple paths.
