摘  要:目前,我国高等教育阶段的学校培养模式存在内容缺乏整合、培养方式不够多元、教师素养尚需提升等突出问题,制约了"以学习者为中心"的培养模式。"以学习者为中心"的学校培养模式从学习的视角回应了实践中存在的诸多问题,再次强调了学生在学校教育体系中的主体地位。"以学习者为中心"的学校培养模式的建构,就要实行教育教学范式的转型;加强课程整合,实现整体育人;充分利用信息技术,拓展学习方式;实施基于学生学习质量证据的评价反馈;加强教师培训,提升教师素养。At present,there are prominent problems in the training mode of higher education in China,such as lack of integration of contents,lack of training modes,and improvement of teachers' quality,which restricts the"learner centered"training mode. The"learner centered"school training mode responds to many problems in practice from the perspective of learning,emphasizing the dominant position of students in the school education system again. Constructing school with the mode of cultivating "learner centered"needs to implement the transformation education teaching paradigm,strengthen curriculum integration,achieve the overall education;make full use of information technology,expand learning; get feedback and evaluation of student learning quality based on evidence,strengthen teacher training,and improve teachers' quality.
