摘　　要：由于边疆民族地区的特殊情况,当地思政工作较为困难且任重而道远,在相关工作的开展过程中,本土资源利用是思政工作实现"三贴近"的主要方式,有助于当地思政工作实效性达成。具体在实践中,边疆民族地区思政工作对于文化、人才、信息路径等本土资源的利用机制构建,可以通过相关资源内容与思政工作主体、工作内容、工作方式、传播平台等要素的结合来实现。Due to the special situation of the frontier regions, local ideological and political work is more difficult and a long way to go, in the development process related work in the use of local resources is the ideological and political work to realize the main forms of ＂three close to＂, help the local effectiveness of Ideological and political work to reach a specific.
