摘 要:针对某SUV加速工况下车内噪声过大问题,分析了车内噪声过大的原因,测试诊断及有限元分析表明变速箱悬置支架在对应的频率下产生明显共振,悬置支架的设计对车内噪声水平有着重要影响。结合测试及仿真分析结果,对悬置支架进行拓扑优化,优化设计方案的仿真分析结果表明悬置支架的模态频率和动刚度得到提升。优化设计的样件装车后,整车道路试验结果表明车内共振带明显减弱,车内噪声降低。In order to eliminate the high interior noise of a SUV under WOT case, analyzing the reason to the high interior noise, and the mount bracket has obvious resonance at the corresponding frequency based on the test data, diagnosis and analysis, the design of mount bracket has significant influence on vehicle interior noise. Referring to the test and simulation result of the origi- nal transmission bracket, topology optimization technology was applied to optimize it, and the first order modal frequency and stiff- ness of the transmission bracket have been improved as simulation analysis result show after it is optimized. And the road test re- sult of SUV under WOT case also shows that the interior resonance band and noise significantly reduced after the optimized sam- ole installed.
