摘　　要：本文介绍《中国假肥大型肌营养不良症诊治指南》的写作背景和写作框架,对指南的概述、诊断、治疗和预防的写作思路的详略取舍理由进行阐述,有利于读者对指南的理解。此外,对Duchenne型肌营养不良症的特征性术语如"腓肠肌假性肥大"、"Gowers征"和重要检查如血清肌酸激酶测定,以及Duchenne型肌营养不良症命名由来进行详细解读,以加深读者对疾病的认识。This review introduced the background and framework of ＂Chinese guidelines fordiagnosis and treatment of pesudohypertrophy muscular dystrophy＂. The writing thinking, writing detailsand omissions of the overview, diagnosis, therapy and prevention were explained, which will be useful to thereaders. Meanwhile, the history of some terms, for example, gastrocnemius muscle pseudohypertrophy andGowers sign were introduced; the examination of serum creatine kinase（CK） measurement and the namingof Duchenne muscular dystrophy（DMD） were introduced, too. All of this will increase the readers＇ understandings to DMD.
