摘 要:近些年来我国高职教育受到社会各界广泛关注,在社会发展新时期高等职业教育主要是为了培育更多适应社会发展的技术性人才。目前高职院校积极构建实训管理体系是确保高职教学教学以及管理工作质量提升的重要举措。在当前高职实训管理体系建设过程中需要重点突出学生的主体地位,严格遵循以人为本的基本原则,确保实训教学能够全面适应学生个人发展基本要求。本文基于TQM体系对高职院校实训管理体系的建立进行探析,对高职相关管理部门各项管理措施的拟定进行科学化分析,旨在提升高职教育教学质量。In recent years, higher vocational education in our country has received extensive attention from all walks of life. In the new era of social development, higher vocational education is mainly aimed at cultivating more technical talents adapted to social development.At present, the active construction of training management system in higher vocational colleges is an important measure to ensure the quality of teaching and management in higher vocational education. In the process of constructing the current vocational training management system, it is necessary to emphasize the main position of students and strictly follow the basic principle of people-oriented to ensure that practical training can fully meet the basic requirements for the individual development of students. This article is based on the TQM system to analyze the establishment of practical training management system in higher vocational colleges and it also makes a scientific analysis of various management measures of higher vocational management departments to improve the teaching quality of higher vocational education.
