高职院校内部质量保证的问题与对策

摘　　要：首先指出建立高职院校内部质量保证体系所面临的问题如认识不够到位、内涵发展不均衡、校企合作不深入、专业不能有效对接产业、师资培养不能满足产业发展的需要等,然后结合内部质量保证体系建设实践,介绍我校在建立内部质量保证体系的实践中所采取的相应策略如统一思想、抓好常规、加强政府主导、重构专业规划、加强教师队伍建设等。Firstly, it is pointed out that the problems facing by the establishment of internal quality assurance system in higher vocational colleges include insufficient understanding, unbalanced development of connotation, incomprehensive school-enterprise cooperation, inability of professional docking industry, teacher education not meeting the needs of industrial development, etc. Combining with the practice of internal quality assurance system construction, we introduced the corresponding strategies adopted by our school in the practice of establishing an internal quality assurance system, such as unifying ideas, grasping routines, strengthening government leadership,reconstructing professional plans and strengthening the construction of teachers.
