摘 要:智慧教育是教育现代化的鲜明特征,预示了未来教育的发展方向。智慧教育教师素养是在智慧教育环境和形态下,教师完成本职工作所必需的基本的、综合的素质与条件。国内外智慧教育实践为智慧教育教师素养提升提出了客观需求,范式转换理论、教师专业发展理论、教师胜任力建构理论为智慧教育教师素养提升提供了理论支持。可以从做好研究、研制标准、规划布局、开展培训等方面促进智慧教育教师素养提升。Wisdom education is the distinctive feature of education modernization,which indicates the development direction of education in the future. Wisdom education teachers ' competencies are the basic comprehensive qualities which are necessary for teachers to complete their work in the environment of wisdom education. The objective demands on the improvement of wisdom education teachers' competencies are proposed by the practices from all over the world,and the theory support is provided by the theories on paradigm shift,teachers' professional development and teachers' competence construction. The improvement of wisdom education teachers' competencies can be promoted by researching,developing standards,planning layout and training.
