摘　　要：深入推进高校创新创业教育改革,事关高等教育改革发展、国家全局和民族未来。深入研究和把握高校创业文化的生成逻辑,有助于弘扬创业精神,激励更多青年学生开启创业理想、开展创业活动,为实现中华民族伟大复兴贡献力量。阐明高校创业文化的生成逻辑,应当着重把握其生成的逻辑基点、逻辑演进和逻辑遵循,论析什么是其形成发展的前提,其过程是如何展开的,进而明确高校创业文化生成的推进主体是谁以及相互间如何协作、如何推进高校创业文化生成过程的有效开展以及生成过程要达到何种效果等。通过对这些实践逻辑遵循的深刻把握,有效推动高校创业文化的生成,进而在高校形成创业资源集聚、创业人才辈出、创业活力迸发的生动创业局面。Deepening the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities is related to the reform and development of education,which is a matter of national and national future.Deepening the research and grasping the generative logic of entrepreneurial culture is helpful to promote the entrepreneurial spirit,inspire more students to realize business ideal,carry out business activities,and contribute to the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Mastering the logic of the formation of entrepreneurial culture in colleges and universities should focus on understanding the logical basis,logical evolution and logical follow-up.It is necessary to clear what is the premise of development,clarify how the process expand,and thus make clear who is the main body of promoting the formation of entrepreneurial culture in colleges and universities,how to cooperate with each other,how to promote the effective development of entrepreneurial culture in colleges and universities,and how to achieve the effect of the process of formation,etc.Through the deep understanding of these practical logic,it is effective to promote the formation of college entrepreneurship culture,and then to form entrepreneurial resources in colleges and universities,business talents,and vivid business situation of entrepreneurial vitality.
