摘 要:高校创业教育呼唤着社会多方面的参与,企业参与是不可或缺的重要方面。本文以中科健康产业集团为研究对象,分析了该企业参与创业教育的动力因素和内外部环境因素,认为这些因素包括企业文化的外部渗透、企业内部条件与内部张力形成的内部环境以及高校需求、社会需求、政府政策等形成的外部环境等三个方面。其中,企业文化的外部渗透是企业参与高校创业教育的直接驱动变量,构成"企业文化渗透—高校创业教育"关系,其余因素是该关系的调节变量。研究结论认为:企业充分发挥其核心竞争优势是企业参与公共事务的直接动因;政府政策扶持与引导固然重要,而核心还是要进一步完善市场环境,营造企业成长的广阔空间,促进企业培育竞争力;具有文化优势的企业,在内外部因素的引导作用下,会将参与高校创业教育作为其优先选项。Entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities calls for the participation of all aspects of the society,especially enterprises as an indispensable part.Taking Zhongke Group as the study object,this paper analyzes the driving factors as well as the inner and outer surroundings for its participating in entrepreneurship education,which include the external infiltration of the corporate culture,the internal environment formed by the internal conditions and the tention of the enterprise,and and the external environment formed by the demands from colleges,the society and government policies.It is concluded that the infiltration of the corporate culture is the direct driving variable for the enterprise to participate in college entrepreneurship education.It constitutes the relation of"corporate culture infiltration---entrepreneurship education",with other factors being its regulating variables.Accordingly,the direct motivation for an enterprise to be involved in public affairs is playing its core competitiveness to the full.It is also important for the government policies' support and guidance in this category,to further improve the market environment and provide the room for an enterprise to cultivate its competitiveness.Under the guidance effect of the internal and external factors,college entrepreneurship education will be implemented,and the enterprise with a culture advantage will give priority to the choice of participation in the education.
