摘　　要：提出了τ-FI-extending模的概念,给出了τ-FI-extending模的若干等价刻画,证明了τ-FI-extending模关于直和、τ-全不变子模是封闭的.In this paper,we introduce the concept of τ-FI-extending module,which is a generalization of FI-extending and τ-extending module. And then we give some equivalent characterizations of τ-FI-extending module,and prove that τ-FI-extending module is closed with respect to direct sums and τ-fully invariant sub-module.
