摘 要:我国提出海洋强国战略以来,各高校纷纷增设与海洋相关的课程,如何讲好这类课程,为国家发展战略培养合格的人才,值得高校的每一名教师认真思考。本文以《海洋保健食品》一书为例,在归纳该课程与书本特点的基础上,探索了钻进去与跳出来相结合的教学法、换位讲授教学法、参观教学法、翻转课堂教学法等不同的教学方法,最后提出不管网络技术如何发展,教学手段如何变化,只要把握好"教以学为主,学以用为主"的教学宗旨,就可以讲好海洋保健食品学的课程。Since our country put forward the strategy of ocean power, colleges and universities have added courses related to the sea one after another. How to improve these courses and train qualified talents for the national development strategy is worthy of serious consideration by every teacher in colleges and universities. Taking the book " Marine Health Food" as an example, on the basis of summarizing the characteristics of the course and the book, this paper probes into the teaching method of combining drilling in and jumping out, the teaching method of transposition, the teaching method of visiting- and the teaching method of visiting. Turn over different teaching methods such as classroom teaching method, and finally put forward that no matter how the network technology develops and how the teaching means change, we can grasp the teaching aim of " teaching mainly in learning and using in learning" .In order to give a good course in marine health food science.
