摘  要:文章具体论述"三全育人"模式组成要素的含义,并对"三全育人"组成要素的理论基础、遵守的规律进行解析。"三全育人"模式组成要素包括全员育人,全过程育人,全方位育人三个方面。"三全育人"模式组成要素的深厚理论基石是系统论整体性原理,思想政治教育的协调控制理论和马克思主义理论的人的全面发展原理。推动"三全育人"模式综合改革,整合育人资源,统筹发挥校内外各类资源的育人功能,打造"三全育人共同体",形成社会、学校、家庭教育有机结合的协同育人机制势在必行。This article specifically discusses the meaning of the elements of the "three elements of all-round education" modeand analyzes the theoretical basis and the law of the three elements of education. The elements of "three elements all-round education" include three aspects of educating people, educating people and educating people in an all-round way. The deep theoreticalfoundation of the elements of the "three elements all-around education" model is the holistic theory of system theory, the coordinatedcontrol theory of ideological and political education and the comprehensive development theory of the Marxism. It is imperative to promote the comprehensive reform of "three elements all-around education", integrate the resources of educating people, make full use ofthe educational functions of all kinds of resources inside and outside the school, and createa "three elements all-around educationcommunity", and form a cooperative education system which organically combines social, school and family education.
