高职英语教学中去动机动态化影响因素研究

摘　　要：高职英语学习中,缺乏学习动机是学习失败的主要原因,但是动机缺失是随着时间的改变而改变的,某一特定阶段的一个或者一些因素很难让我们认识到动机变化的原因。通过对高职非英语专业学生在三个不同动机阶段的去动机进行调查研究,发现在动机不同的阶段,学生的学习去动机有着不同的特点。通过研究分析这些特点,希望教师在以后的教学中能够提出有针对性的措施,降低去动机因素的影响,提高学习效果。In higher vocational English learning, the lack of learning motivation is the main reason for the failure of learning.However, the lack of motivation was changed with time. One or some factors at a particular stage were difficult to make us be awareof the reasons for the change of motivation. Through the investigation and study of the non-English Major Students＇ motivation inthree different motivation stages, it is found that the students＇ learning motivation has different characteristics at different stages ofmotivation. Through the study and analysis of these characteristics, we hope that teachers can put forward targeted measures in futureteachings to reduce the influence of demotivational factors and improve the learning effect.
