“现代学徒制”模式背景下“轮机维护与修理”课程教学改革思考

摘　　要：分析了轮机管理专业实施＂现代学徒制＂改革过程中＂轮机维护与修理＂课程教学存在的问题,如理论与实践课时分配不合理,学生前期在船教学任务不明确,学生考核方法较单一等,并由此提出优化教学过程、完善全阶段考核等教学改革思路。This paper analyzes the problems existing in the new teaching mode of ＂modern apprenticeship＂ in the course of ＂maintenance and repair of the turbine＂, mainly： the unreasonable allocation of theoretical and practical classes, the lack of clarity of the ship teaching tasks in the early stages of the students, the single method of student assessment, and so on. In order to adapt to the new teaching model of modern apprenticeship system,improve the teaching quality and train a new type of seafaring talents.
