摘　　要：在研究型拔尖人才中实施本科生导师制是深化本科教育教学改革,创新人才培养模式的重要途径.通过分析西南大学电子信息工程学院研究型拔尖人才本科生导师制培养模式取得的成效和问题,进一步探索了适应研究型拔尖人才培养的本科生导师制优化路径.Implementing the undergraduate tutorial system to research-oriented top-notch talents is an important way to deepen the undergraduate education reform and innovate the modes of talents cultivation.The optimization methods of undergraduate tutorial system adapting to research-oriented top-notch talents cultivation are further explored by the analysis of the effectiveness and problems of the cultivating mode of undergraduate tutorial system to research-oriented top-notch talents in the School of Electronic and Information Engineering in Southwest University.
