摘 要:运用专家访谈、德尔菲、层次分析等研究方法,从明晰评价目的、构建评价指标体系、选择评价方法及确定评价主体四个维度对体育院校术科教师教学绩效评价进行研究。研究认为:评价宜以发挥诊断提高功能,促进术科教师专业发展、教学质量提高和教师资源优化为目的;评价指标体系是由课程教学、指导实训实习、指导毕业论文(设计)、教材及课程建设4项一级指标,逐层分解获得的12项二级指标、42项三级指标,以及各项指标权重和评价等次标准所构成的多层次有序整体;选用360度反馈法为评价方法,以学生、同行专家、院(系)领导、术科教师本人为评价主体,明确多元主体的评价职能划分和权重分配,有助于避免单方评价的主观与片面,提高评价的实效性。Using the methods of expert interview, Delphic and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) , this paper studies how to establish the performance evaluation system for Gym teachers in sport universities from four dimensions including defining evaluation goals, choosing evaluation methods, designing evaluation indicator system and determining evaluation subjects. The paper puts forward that the purpose of teaching performance evaluation is to to promote teachers' professional development, improve their teaching quality and optinfize teacher resources through diagnosis; the evaluation indicator system is a multilevel one which is composed of 4 level - 1 indicators including course teaching, practice instruction, graduation thesis (design) supervision, teaching material and course construction, 12 level- 2 indicators, and 42 level- 3 indicators, as well as the weights/grade of these indicators; the 360 -degree evaluation method is employed, which takes students, experts, leaders and teachers as the evaluation subjects and identifies their responsibilities and weights, thus avoiding the subjectivity and single -faeeted results so as to improve the evaluation efficiency.
