普通理工科院校财政学类专业发展的困境与出路

摘　　要：目前全国有120多所院校开设了财政学类专业,其中因为高校整合等原因,部分理工科院校也开设了这类专业,学科发展参差不齐,多数较为薄弱。相较于综合类与财经类高校,财政学类专业在理工科院校的发展中存在内、外部多种困境,学科发展受到极大限制。为突破困境,理工类院校应在财政学科定位与培养目标设定、学生实践操作能力提升、全方位提升师资力量与学科建设水平、强化社会服务职能、扩大区域影响力等方面加强规划和建设。Public finance major is opened in more than 120 institutions in China, a part of which are some universities of science and technology due to such reasons as institutional integration. In these universities, discipline development vary and many disciplines are weak. Compared with that in general universities and financial universities, the development of public finance major in science and engineering universities faces more difficulties and restrictions, internal and external. In order to break through the predicament, science and engineering universities should plan and take actions in the following areas： positioning public finance major, setting training objectives, improving students＇ operational capacity, enhancing the all-round level of teachers and discipline construction, strengthening functions of social service and expanding local influence, etc.
