题元准则与格理论在英语教学中的应用

摘　　要：生成语言学研究深化了我们对语言本质的认识。本文介绍题元准则与格理论的基本原理,并指出题元准则与格理论有助于大学英语课堂教学。Generative Grammar has deepened our understanding of the nature of languages. This paper introduces Theta-role criteria and Case theory, and points out that these two principles are helpful to college English teaching.
