摘  要:目的:探讨认知行为治疗团体训练对高职护生职业心理素质的影响。方法:招募新入学高职护生60人并随机分为干预组和对照组各30人,干预组接受为期8周的认知行为团体训练,对照组不接受任何处理。使用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、自信心和问题解决能力量表分别在干预前和干预后进行评估。结果:干预前2组在自信心、问题解决能力和SCL-90得分3个指标的得分比较P值分别为0.063、0.390、0.692,差异均无统计学意义。干预后在自信心、问题解决能力和SCL-90得分3个指标的得分比较P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:认知行为治疗团体训练降低了高职护生的焦虑、抑郁和人际关系敏感等不良情绪,提高了干预对象的自信心和问题解决能力。[Objective] To explore the effect of group training of cognitive behavior therapy on vocational psychological quality of nursing students in higher vocational colleges. [Method] New enrollment of higher vocational nursing students and 60 people were recruited and randomly divided into intervention group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). The intervention group received 8 weeks of cognitive behavior group training, while control group in the intervention period did not receive any treatment. Using the symptom checklist (SCL - 90), self- confidence and problem solving ability scale respectively before and after intervention were evaluated. [Result] There was no significant difference in self- confidence, problem- solving ability and SCL-90 score between the two groups before intervention (P 〉 0.05). The scores of problem- solving ability and SCL- 90 scores were 10. 826, - 8. 398 and - 35.57, respectively. The difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05). [Conclusion] The cognitive behavior therapy group training reduced the anxiety, depression and interpersonal sensitivity of the intervention subjects, and improved the participants' self- confidence and problem- solving ability.
