摘  要:专业学位教育与执业准入资格协同衔接有助于促进专业人才培养标准与行业用人标准的对接,是实现和深化专业学位教育产教融合的有效模式。从我国专业学位教育与执业准入资格协同衔接的现状出发,基于专业学位教育与执业准入资格的根本属性,从理论层面探析了二者协同衔接的必要性,并以美国医学和法律专业学位教育与医师和律师执业准入资格的协同对接为例,从实践层面具体剖析了二者协同衔接的内容和机制,为我国专业学位教育与执业准入资格的协同衔接机制提供有益借鉴。The synergistic docking of professional degree education and professional practitioner qualification can promote connection between the talent cultivation standard and employment standard, and it is an essential approach to realize and promote the integration of production and education. Based on its necessity, we study the synergistic docking mechanism between professional degree education and professional practitioner qualification in American theoretically and practically by taking medical and lawyer's practitioner qualification as examples, with the expectation to enlighten the integration of production and education in professional degree education in China.
