人文关怀服务在妇产科护理带教中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的探析在妇产科护理带教中人文关怀服务的应用效果。方法选取2016年7月—2017年3月到该院妇产科实习的86名护理人员为研究对象,随机分设参照组和研究组,每组43名。予以参照组常规带教,在常规带教的基础上,予以研究组人文关怀服务。比较观察经不同护理带教后取得的效果。结果研究组实习护理人员实践操作、综合考核成绩情况均显著高于参照组(P<0.05);研究组实习护理人员的满意度显著高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论在妇产科护理带教中,人文关怀服务的开展,不仅有助于护生对知识掌握程度的提升,而且还使带教质量提高,增强护生的工作责任感。Objective This paper tries to explore the application effect of humanistic care service in gynecology and obstetrics nursing care. Methods 86 nursing staff from July 2016 to March 2017 were randomly divided into reference group and study group with 43 cases in each group. The reference group was given a regular education, and on the basis of regular teaching, the study group was given humanistic care services. Compare the results obtained after teaching with different care. Results The practice and comprehensive performance of nursing staff in the study group were significantly higher than the reference group（P〈0.05）; the satisfaction rate of the nursing staff in the study group was significantly higher than the reference group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the teaching of obstetrics and gynecology nursing, the development of humanistic care services not only helps nursing students improve their knowledge, but also improves the quality of teaching and enhances the sense of responsibility of nurse students.
