农村成校企业职工教育IPCK“双轨制”师资队伍建设探析

摘　　要：通过对企业职工教育师资队伍现状与困境的分析,提出了"双轨制"师资队伍建设策略,在农村成校企业职工教育师资建设中实施应用,以促进职教教师专业化的顺利推进。Based on the analysis of the present situation and difficulties of the teaching staff in enterprise workereducation, this paper puts forward the strategy of dual-track system teaching team construction, which is carried out in rural adult school so as to promote the smooth advancement of the specialization of the teachers of vocational education.
