摘 要:由于顶进施工可实现在既有铁路不中断行车的条件下新增框构,因而广泛应用于增建二线框构的施工中。在顶进框构的施工中,必须对线路进行加固,本文介绍了2种常用的线路加固方法。对纵横梁加固法的设计要点及施工过程作了详细论述,并结合工程实例运用有限元软件模拟了纵横梁加固法的施工过程及纵、横梁的受力状态,通过计算施工阶段不同工况下结构的受力、变形,得出满足设计要求的结构形式及悬挑跨度极限值,给出纵横梁设计的建议。顶进框构桥施工设计中应注重纵横梁的选型和布置,并对路基进行注浆加固,以增强线路的整体稳定性。Because the jacked-in method can make the new frame added under the condition of the existing railway continuous operation, it is widely used in the construction of line-increasing frame.In the construction of jacked-in frame,the existing line must be strengthened.In this paper,two commonly used methods of line reinforcement were introduced.The key points of design and the construction process of longitudinal and transverse beams reinforcement method were analyzed and explained in detail.Combined with a project example,the construction process and stress states of longitudinal and transverse beams were simulated by using finite element software.By calculating the stress and deformation of the structure under different working conditions in the construction stage,the appropriate structural form and its cantilevered span limit meeting the design requirements were obtained.Suggestions for design of longitudinal and transverse beams were given definitely.Type selection and layout of longitudinal and transverse beams should be regarded in the construction of jacked-in frame bridge. Grouting reinforcement is essential and requisite for subgrade to strengthen the overall stability of line.
