海口市学龄前儿童特殊型语言障碍的筛查与诊断

摘　　要：采取随机整群抽样法对海口市普通幼教机构约900名学龄前儿童进行了特殊型语言障碍(SLI)筛查及语言诊断。筛查结果显示:SLI儿童在海口普通幼教机构存在一定比例;通过《梦想普通话听力理解和表达能力标准化评估》对SLI儿童语言诊断发现,受试的SLI儿童在整体语言、听力理解、语言表达、语义和句法五项上的评估结果均低于年龄相当组儿童。具体语言特征分析表明:SLI儿童在量词、被动句和关系从句语法项目的习得上存在明显困难。Based on a random selection of about 900 pre-school aged children in Haikou, this study makes a screening and diagnosis of Specific Language Impairment （ SLI ） among the preschoolers. Results show that there exists a certain prevalence of SLI in pre-schoolers in Haikou. The assessment on SLI children＇ s language ability shows that SLI children score less than children in typically developing age group with regard to total language, receptive, expressive, semantics and syntax, and SLI children are found to show great weakness in acquiring classifiers, passives and relative clause.
