沙门菌快速筛选培养基评价方法的研究与应用

摘　　要：本文对伯乐公司的沙门菌Rapid’Salmonella快速筛选方法进行了评价。以GB 4789.4-2016作为参照标准,在检测特异性、交叉反应试验、添加实验、不同批次产品培养条件的影响和实际样品的检测方面进行比较和评价。特异性、交叉反应试验:Rapid’Salmonella快速筛选培养基准确率达到100%,与30株非目标菌无交叉反应;乳胶凝集实验:SALMONELLA LATEX试剂检测准确率达到91%;添加实验:GB4789.4-2016方法和Rapid’Salmonella方法检出率均为100%检出;不同批次产品培养条件实验:培养温度和培养时间的变化,对Rapid’Salmonella快速筛选方法的检出率没有影响。所以Rapid’Salmonella快速筛选培养基可以作为一种选择性培养基来使用,Rapid’Salmonella快速筛选方法可以辅助国标方法应用于食品检测中。In this study,the Rapid＇Salmonella was evaluated. The GB 4789.4-2016 was considered as the reference methods. This evaluation was including the specification,sensitivity,cross reaction testing and artificial sample experiments. The specification of Rapid＇Salmonella reach 100 %. No cross reaction was found with 30 none-target strains. The specification of latex agglutination texts reach 91 %. The detection ratio of artificial sample experiments is identical for both methods. The different batch of Rapid ＇Salmonella was evaluated in incubation temperature and time. The testing results did not show any difference. The method of The GB 4789.4-2016 showed higher positive results ratio. The selective of the Rapid＇Salmonella Agar is good,can be used as selective agar.
