摘　　要：在新时代中国特色社会主义大学制度建设过程中,对于如何深入解读党委领导下的校长负责制,如何理解校学术委员会的定位,是"教授治校"还是"教授治学",是"去行政化"还是"去官本位","研究型大学"是否等同于"高水平大学"等颇有争议而又不得不面对的现实和基础性问题,只有站在中国特色社会主义大学的立场来总结经验与规律,才能获得有利于改革与发展的正确认识。During the process of building the university system in a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics, there＇ re some contentious but unavoidable practical and funda- mental problems, such as the principal responsibility system led by the party committee, the positioning of university academic board, faculty governing the university or faculty governing the academic, de-institutionalization or de-official rank standardization, and research universities tantamount to high-level universities or not. Only summing up experiences and patterns from the perspective of socialism university with Chinese characteristics, could it get the right understanding for the university reform and development.
