摘 要:基于瞬态动力学原理,运用有限元软件ABAQUS中的动力学分析方法,建立摩擦离合器的有限元模型,对其接合特性进行相关研究,并分析了不同接触压力、转速及摩擦系数对摩擦离合器系统的影响。结果发现:通过计算分析可以得到摩擦离合器系统的振动加速度、动摩擦力信号及不同时刻的应力云图等。接合过程是一个由不稳定系统到稳定系统转变的过程;离合器的不稳定振动会随着接触压力和摩擦系数的增加而快速消失,但是会随着转速的增加而趋于更加不稳定。A FEA model of friction clutch is put forward by dynamic method of FEA softwareABAQUS based on transient dynamic theory. Clutch engagement characteristic is analyzed, and theeffects caused by contact pressure, rotation speed and friction coefficient are also studied. It is foundthat vibration acceleration, dynamic friction force and stress distribution of different time could be ob-tained through the calculation and analysis. Clutch engagement process is a transmission from an unsta-ble state to a stable state. Unstable vibration of clutch will disappear with the increase of the contactpressure and friction coefficient, but tends to be more unstable as the rotational speed increases.
