摘 要:针对实验法辨识液压悬置集总参数周期长、成本高的实际工程问题,采用流固耦合有限元法辨识液压悬置的集总参数。根据液压悬置数模划分CAE网格,使用商业有限元软件ADINA进行了集总参数辨识,得到橡胶主簧静刚度、惯性通道液阻液感、上液室体积刚度等参数。将辨识到的参数代入现有液压悬置集总参数模型中仿真计算了动刚度、滞后角,能够与实测值吻合。此方法可用于液压悬置的前期设计及性能优化,缩短零件的研发周期并节省成本。To identify- the actual engineering problems of long period and high cost of hydrau-lic suspension lumped parameters, the fluid-solid coupling finite element method is used to identify- thelumped parameters of hydraulic suspension. The CAE grid is divided according to the hydraulic sus-pension digital model, and the lumped parameter identification is carried out by ADINA. The parame-ters such as the rubber main spring static stiffness, the inertial channel liquid resistance liquid sensa-tion, and the upper liquid chamber volume stiffness were obtained. The identified parameters are sub-stituted into the existing hydraulic suspension lumped parameter model to simulate the dynamic stiffnessand lag angle, which can be consistent with the measured values. This method can be used for pre -design and pefformance optimization of hydraulic suspensions, shortening the development cycle ofparts and saving costs.
