摘  要:随着"互联网+"时代的到来,信息在追求时效性的同时更加注重共享性,而传统的中职教师培训受到信息传播不及时、不便捷、无法共享等问题的困扰以致培训效果不佳。基于"互联网+"时代背景,以"财务软件的中级操作"课程为例,通过运用翻转课堂教学方式、构建"1+1"双向互动平台、利用"微雨"双课堂教学工具等方式方法构建中职教师培训的新模式,可以实现网络教学平台和移动互联网的跨界融合,使中职教师培训在课前学习概览、课中过程控制和课后质量追溯管理有了实现的可能。构建"互联网+"时代中职教师培训新模式旨在推动我国中职教师培训工作迈上新台阶,增强中职师资力量。With the advent of the"Internet+"era,information is increasingly focused on sharing while pursuing timeliness.However,the traditional forms of training for accounting professional teachers in secondary vocational schools are affected by problems such as untimely information dissemination,inconvenience,and inability to share results in unsatisfactory training.Therefore,based on the background of"Internet+"and by taking the course"Intermediate Operation of Financial Software"as an example,the paper constructs a new training pattern for accounting teachers in secondary vocational schools by introducing flipping classroom,constructing a"1+1"bidirectional interactive platform and exploiting"micro rain"double classroom teaching tools,etc.This pattern realizes the cross-border integration of the online teaching platform and the mobile internet and makes it possible to overview before class,control during class and manage the quality after class during the accounting teaching training,which is very significant for advancing the training of accounting teachers in secondary vocational schools in China to a new level.
