摘 要:面对人口老龄化的加速发展,台湾地区为增强中老年人学习动机,提升老龄群体个人素质,保持积极向上的心态,提升生活质量,自2008年起,整合各级地方机关、团体及图书馆资源,招募教师,培训志工,开发多样化学习课程,建设乡镇市区"乐龄学习中心",营造无年龄歧视的在地化学习模式,推动其老年教育发展。台湾地区乐龄学习中心的创办对大陆老年教育的发展有重要借鉴意义。With the rapid development of aging population,since 2008,aiming to enhance the elderly'learning motivation,their personal qualities,their optimistic modes,their living quality,the Taiwan Region,integrating local organizations,groups and library resources,recruits teachers and training volunteers,designs diversified learning courses,and constructs township urban seniors Learning Center without age discrimination,so as to promote the development of the elderly education.There is of great referral significance for the elderly education in China who could learn from the establishment of senior learning center in Taiwan Region.
